Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Canny Logistics public website, including the product information and the demo request form. Use of the Canny Logistics platform itself (the Operations Console and Android app) is governed by a separate agreement with your organisation.

Product information

We describe the platform as it currently works and label features that depend on your own third-party accounts or are still in development. Features, integrations and screenshots may change as the product develops. Screenshots show demo data.

Integrations with external services, such as OCR, email, SMS, WhatsApp or e-way bill providers, need accounts with those providers and are subject to their own terms and availability.

No guarantee of results

The website explains where the platform can help. It doesn't promise particular savings, productivity gains or outcomes, which depend on your operation and how the platform is set up and used.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information or someone else's details through the demo form.
Don't try to access areas of the website or platform you aren't authorised to use, or disrupt the service.
Don't use automated tools to send form submissions or scrape the site.

Public tracking

The public tracking page shows limited status information for a consignment number. Use it only for consignments you're entitled to track.

Intellectual property

The website content, design and product screenshots belong to Canny Logistics and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
