Privacy notice

This notice explains how the Canny Logistics public website and its “Request a Demo” form handle information about you. Data that your organisation processes inside the Canny Logistics platform (shipments, customers, proof of delivery and so on) is covered by your organisation's agreement for the platform, not by this notice.

What we collect through the demo form

• Your full name, company name, business email and phone number.
• Your business type, approximate monthly shipment volume, the features you're interested in, your message and your preferred contact method.
• The date and time you submitted the form and gave consent.

We don't ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to include any in the message field.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your demo request: to contact you, understand your needs and arrange a product demonstration. We don't sell your details or share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in the Canny Logistics application database. Inside the platform, only users with the Super Admin or Management role can view demo requests. If a sales notification inbox is configured, a copy of your request is also sent there by email through our email service provider.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Cookies and tracking

The public website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies, and it loads no external fonts or scripts. If you sign in to the Operations Console, it uses a sign-in cookie and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. The website may check local storage to show “Open console” instead of “Sign in”; nothing is sent anywhere when it does this.

Spam protection

To block automated spam, the form includes a hidden field and records how long the form was open before it was sent. The server also limits how many requests one network connection can send in a short time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you submitted. Submit a new request through the demo form with “Privacy request” in the message, and include the reference number you received if you have it.

Changes

If we change how the website handles your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
